At The Pelvic People, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in every piece; if your purchase isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the hygiene seal remains intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring the invoice is included and the package is securely sealed.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
